Sports promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their athletic abilities across various sports disciplines.

Football

Registration Fee: ₹3000

Event Categories

  • Day 1
    • Grades 4 & 5 (Boys) – Team Size: 5+3
    • Grades 6 & 7 (Boys) – Team Size: 5+3
  • Day 2
    • Grades 8, 9 & 10 (Boys) – Team Size: 7+3
    • Grades 8, 9 & 10 (Girls) – Team Size: 5+3
  • Day 3
    • Grades 11 & 12 (Boys) – Team Size: 7+3
Football Rules & Regulations
  • The tournament will follow a knockout format and will be conducted in accordance with AIFF general rules.
  • Each match will consist of two halves of 10 minutes with a 5-minute break in between.
  • Players are required to be in complete playing kit, including jersey, shorts, stockings, proper footwear, and shin guards.
  • Teams must be present on the field and ready to play at the scheduled kick-off time.
  • Only one team per school per category is permitted to participate.
  • All participants must carry their school identity cards for verification.
  • Any team found to have an over-aged player or discrepancies in documents will be disqualified immediately without prior notice.
  • The organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the tournament if necessary.
  • The referee’s decision will be final and binding. Unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to disciplinary action including card issuance or disqualification.
  • A player is allowed to participate in only one age category for the entire tournament.
  • Protests must be submitted only by the accredited Sports In-Charge/Coach of the team within 30 minutes of the match's conclusion.
  • A non-refundable protest fee of ₹1000 is applicable.
  • Protests must be submitted to the Organizing Secretary.
  • The last date for registration is 22nd August 2025.

Basketball

Registration Fee: ₹3000

Event Categories

  • Day 1 – 28th August
    • Grades 8 and below (Boys & Girls)
  • Day 2 – 29th August
    • Grades 10 and below (Boys & Girls)
Basketball Rules & Regulations
  • The tournament will follow a knockout format and will be conducted as per the latest BFI rules.
  • Each match will consist of four quarters, each lasting 6 minutes, with a 2-minute break between the quarters.
  • Each team must comprise 12 players.
  • All players are required to wear their respective team jerseys.
  • All participants must carry a valid school identity card.
  • Entry forms must be duly completed, stamped, and signed by the Principal, and submitted along with the entry fee.
  • Separate entry forms must be filled out for separate categories.
  • Teams must report 30 minutes prior to the scheduled match time. Late arrival may result in disqualification or walkover.
  • Unruly behavior, offensive language, violence, smoking, or possession/use of prohibited substances will result in immediate disqualification of the entire school contingent.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to modify or amend the rules as necessary.
  • The referee’s decision will be final and binding for all players and team officials.
  • Decisions made by the Executive Committee regarding any protest or appeal will be final and binding and cannot be challenged in any forum.
  • The last date for registration is 22nd August 2025.

Tennis

Registration Fee: Singles - ₹500, Doubles - ₹800

Event Categories

  • Day 1
    • Grades 5, 6 & 7 (Boys & Girls)
  • Day 2
    • Grades 8, 9 & 10 (Boys & Girls)
Tennis Rules & Regulations
  • Singles and doubles matches conducted on knockout and open draw basis.
  • The match will be played as per AITA rules.
  • A student can take part both in singles as well as in doubles.
  • Matches will be conducted on a knockout basis.
  • Open draw system will be followed — players may face opponents from the same or different schools based on the draw.
  • Match format: Best of seven games. In case of 3-3 (All), tie-break of 7 points will be played.
  • The winners and the runners-up will be awarded trophies and certificates.
  • In matters not covered by the tournament rules, the decision of the tournament committee will be final and binding as per AITA.
  • Entry form must be duly filled with names of all players and signed by the coach/manager. No changes will be allowed later.
  • It is mandatory for listed participants to carry their School ID Cards for verification.
  • Kindly send the entries on or before 22nd August 2025.

Table Tennis

Registration Fee: Singles - ₹500, Doubles - ₹800

Event Categories

  • Grades 6 to 8
  • Grades 9 & 10

Table Tennis Rules & Regulations
  • Singles and doubles matches with knockout and open draw format.
  • The matches will be played as per TTFI (Table Tennis Federation of India) rules.
  • A student can take part in both singles and doubles categories.
  • Matches will be conducted on a knockout basis.
  • Open draw system will be followed — players may face opponents from the same or different schools based on the draw.
  • Match Format:
    • Singles: Best of 3 games (11 points each)
    • Finals: Best of 5 games (11 points each)
  • Service Rule: Alternate service after every 2 points. In case of deuce (10-10), service changes after each point.
  • All matches will be played with standard 40mm balls and on standard TT tables.
  • Trophies and certificates will be awarded to winners and runners-up.
  • In matters not covered under the above rules, the tournament committee’s decision will be final and binding.
  • Entry form must be duly filled with all player names and signed by the coach/manager. No changes will be accepted later.
  • Participants must carry their school ID cards for verification.
  • Entries must be sent on or before 22nd August 2025.

Swimming

Registration Fee: Individual - ₹500, Relay - ₹600

Swimming Rules & Regulations
  • This meet will be a non-medalist meet. Medalists in State/Zonal/National/International events are not allowed.
  • Events will follow KSA rules and be conducted on a time-trial basis.
  • One-start rule will be followed; referee’s decision is final.
  • Each school can send 3 participants per event; max 3 events per participant (excluding relay).
  • Warm-up timings: 9:00–9:30 AM (Groups IV–VI), 12:30–1:00 PM (Groups I–III).
  • School ID and Birth Certificate or Aadhar card required for verification.
  • Spot entries will not be entertained.
  • Medals and certificates will be awarded; prize distribution after event completion.

Skating

Registration Fee: ₹500

Skating Rules & Regulations
  • The competition will follow the standard rules and regulations of the Skating Association, with modifications permitted based on local requirements.
  • Each skater is allowed to participate in only one category: Tenacity, Quad, Inline, or Pro Inline.
  • The Chief Referee reserves the right to make necessary rule changes at any point during the event.
  • All skaters must report at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the event and must carry their school ID card.
  • Participants must adhere to the sports dress, including a hard helmet and appropriate safety gear (elbow, knee, and wrist guards).
  • District, State, and National medalists are not eligible to participate in this event.
  • Decisions made by the organizers will be final and binding in all matters.
  • Category changes are not permitted (e.g., switching from Tenacity to Quad or Inline and vice versa).
  • A maximum of one official (teacher or coach only) is allowed to accompany the team.
  • The competition will be conducted grade-wise, except Grades 9 and 10 who will be grouped together to compete in the same category.
