All participants must adhere to the following code of conduct:
- Respect all fellow participants, judges, and Organizers
- Follow all competition rules and guidelines
- Arrive on time for all scheduled events
- Maintain sportsmanship and fair play at all times

4.4 Disqualification
The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in dishonest or unsportsmanlike behavior, or disrupts the event. The decision of the Organizers and judges is final and binding.
5. Content Submission
By submitting any content (including but not limited to photos, videos, artwork, music, or written material) to the Alora Fest website or as part of competition entries, you:
- Confirm that you own all rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions
- Grant the Organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for promotional purposes
- Understand that your content may be featured on the Alora Fest website, social media, and other promotional materials
- Agree that the Organizers may use your name and school affiliation in connection with your content
6. Liability and Indemnification
The Organizers will take reasonable care to ensure the safety of all participants during Alora Fest. However, participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. By participating in Alora Fest, you:
- Acknowledge and accept these risks
- Agree that the Organizers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event, except where caused by negligence
